Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
The guarantee applies only to the same tickets: same block, event, date, and number of seats.
Claim Submission Window:
A Best Price Guarantee claim must be submitted within 30 minutes of completing your purchase on Fanspass.
Price Difference Calculation:
The difference is calculated based on the final price including all fees on the competitor’s site.
Compensation:
The price difference will be credited to your Fanspass account and cannot be paid in cash.
Verification & Accuracy:
Fanspass reserves the right to reject any claim if manipulation or inaccurate information is detected.
Exclusions:
The guarantee does not apply to prices or tickets sold through unofficial channels or unreliable platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or others.
The guarantee does not cover base prices listed on the official event website, even if they are lower than your Fanspass purchase.
If purchased tickets are adjacent, the comparison must be made with the same number of adjacent tickets.
How to Submit a Best Price Guarantee Claim
If you find a lower price for the same seats, simply contact us on WhatsApp with the following information:

Name and phone number
Fanspass order number
Where you found the lower price
URL of the competitor’s checkout page
Screenshot of the other site’s price at checkout (including all fees) with a timestamp within 30 minutes of your Fanspass order
